The Challenge
When Tracey D. moved into her home, the front yard was in rough shape. The backyard needed major help, starting with a crumbling patio that was far too small for the space. The plan also had to win HOA approval. And the homeowners wanted to build it over time rather than all at once, with a pool to come later.
Our Approach
Custom design: our designer created a custom plan for the front and back yards and made it easy to get approved through the HOA.
Phased installation: we helped the homeowners divide the plan into phases, so each stage could be built when they were ready and still fit the overall design.
Pool coordination: when the pool went in, our designer worked directly with the pool designer so that the planning and execution of both fit together.
Ongoing care: since the project began, our team has maintained the yards and taken care of everything.
The Result
A home that started with a rough front yard and an undersized, crumbling patio now has a custom landscape and a pool that were planned to work together. The same team has looked after it ever since.
